Nicolás has been a member of our firm since 2015, focusing his practice on dispute resolution, including arbitration and commercial mediation, civil litigation and Dispute Board experts.

In addition, Nicolás is a faculty member of procedural law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Deputy Director of Reforms to the Justice Program of said university. He is an active mediator for the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago) and is a member of the Young Mediators of the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
